Morning NicJust an update absolutely over the moon even cried when I got on the scales this morning when I first decided to have the band, I set myself a goal of 13 1/2 stone smash that so then reset for 12 1/2 carried on losing weight so decided I would go for 11 1/2 stone, starting at 18 stone 10 just over three years ago I’ve hit my ultimate goal 11 1/2 stone today. I can’t thank you enough for your help and support it’s been amazing thank you. Xxx
