Nic I don't know where you get your energy from but I want some! I have had my band for 5 years now and its almost like I don't have it anymore. I knew I had built bad habits around my band but until our chat today I didn't realise the extent! no wonder I am not getting anywhere
Thanks for helping me see sense and for that kick up the butt, I honestly feel revived!
