An amazing 7.5 stone down!

Who's that girl? That girl is me Kate…. having completely turned my life around after losing 7.5stone with my Gastric Band 🩷 “It’s been a journey and one I wish I had started years ago. The lease of life losing my weight has given me is unbelievable. I couldn’t have done it without your support Nic, the guidance and advice has been invaluable especially of late. After losing 7 1/2 stone and having my surgery to remove my loose skin, it’s was unnerving to have the fluid removed from my band all the fears of me regaining my weight weighed heavy on me almost making me reluctant to actually do it. If it wasn’t for your expertise and knowledge coaching me through and you being there with reassurance we did it, those 8 weeks were a lot physically and mentally. You were always on hand offering support and guided my through and here we are the fluid is back in and the all the worry and fears as you said were unnecessary. Thank you isn’t enough.
