WOW when you see the pics then you begin to realise how far you've come, Thank you for sharing my achievements.  It's not been easy and many times I asked myself what have I done and why!  But looking back I realise it was the best decision I've ever made.   One piece of advise I give anyone just starting out or on their weight loss journey already is don't give up!   even when you think you've ruined everything by eating absolute rubbish for a day or week, take a look in the mirror and just write it off and tomorrow is a new day!    But without you Nic I would have really struggled to get where I am today, I will always be so grateful to you🩷
