Don't give up on your Gastric Band

"This could be a little controversial, I lost all my weight on my band withing 18 months which was wonderful, it had its ups and downs but finally adjusted to the change, but then I got gallstones and had to wait to have my gallbladder removed was advised to give band emptied which I did, then followed with a serious car accident, band emptied for hire some time and within a year I gained back 1 stone 10lbs gutted.
But I dusted myself back down and I know yes i could use monjarno etc but here's my thinking process, 1 paid for my band and too me it was a lot of money, l live on a budget can I afford to pay £150 a month forever no I can't .
So here we are using the lovely Nic from the Gastric Band Clinic only back up too 4ml (my limit was 5.5ml last time ) at the moment but with her fantastic advice my mindset is back this band does work I have proven that".

We will have that 1st 10lbs off before you know it 🙌🏻💪🏻🩷 through your hard work, belief and spot on band adjusting - Let’s do this 💪🏻
